At DailyDealso, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

To start a return, please contact us first. Do not send items back without approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted

  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us via email or WhatsApp with photos of the issue.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once processing or shipping has started, cancellation is not possible.
